We are seeking volunteers to fill the following positions:

Volunteer Coordinators
The Volunteer Coordinators are the liaison between all the committees and all the volunteers.  They will place volunteers when and where they are needed. Contact me, Barbara at babz@sbcglobal.net if interested. Thank you.

Auction Committee
Please contact Stacey Mobley at Smobley74@gmail.com if you are interested in volunteering for any of these roles:

1. Online auction coordinator -  (tech savvy, work with our existing online auction software to facilitate an online auction pre-event--start ASAP)
2. Recorder - (pick up items at school office, fill out form for each item with details and description, March - May)
3. Data Entry - (enter item information into data base -- good computer skills, learn database software ASAP, March - May)
--3 & 4 can be handled by one person or two.....
4. Basket Wrapping co-coordinator - (work the whole week before the auction)
5. Basket wrappers - (many hands needed the week before the auction)

Procurement Committee

Procurement Administrative Co-Coordinator - The organizer of donor contact info, auction item donations, collaborate with auction team, follow up with possible donors, etc.
Procurers - Contact people you know or reach out to businesses to procure exciting items and services for our Auction

Partner in Education (PIE) Committee

Honoree Committee
Please contact  Heather Tonkins at tonkins@roadrunner.com if you are interested in volunteering for the following:
Video Producer - create the honoree video:  interviews and skits, shoot with audio , edit. Will be shown at the event.

Event Planning
Please contact Cindy Northcote-Smith at cindyns@sbcglobal.net if you are interested in volunteering for the following:
Program Director - Oversee audio /visual presentation, transition to each new activity throughout the evening of event, work with the audio technician Mr. Benson.
